Financial and administrative care

  • The monthly sending of rental bills;
    • The processing of the rent, the service charges (if applicable) and the cash deposits for rent, services, etc. (if applicable).
  • The supervision of timely and correct payments.
  • Reminding tenants of outstanding bills.
  • Providing our clients with advice concerning the hiring of a collection agency when dealing with payments due;
  • Periodically inform our clients concerning payments, payments due, vacancy, etc. using our website.
  • The monthly transferring of the rent to our clients.
  • Crediting and debiting the client's account.
  • Reporting of contract terminations; (upcoming) vacancies;Processing payments of service charges and other additional services to the tennants.
  • Taking care of potential raises in the rent.
  • Creating and maintaining an administration designed for our clients.
  • Taking care of cash deposits from the tenants and ensuring that they are reimbursed when the tenancy ends.

Technical care and maintenance

  • Maintain check-in and check-out rapports of leaving and coming tenants.
  • Returning deposits to tenants ( after deduction of eg. Damages).
  • Processing service requests and malfunctions reported by the tenants.
  • Notifying special events (fire, water or storm damage, etc), which have directly or indirectly damaged (or are going to damage) the property.
  • Providing maintenance at an agreed upon price.
  • Additional services such as cleaning, window washing, central heating inspection, etc.
